How many people in poor countries will not be able to access information and news from anywhere in the world anymore? Well, in order to lose something you need to have been able to use it in the first place. I don't think there are enough people in Uganda and Congo who know what a computer is, let alone who might be able to use it to gain access to information in the web... I think there might be more important priorities regarding the well being of these unfortunate people than the preservation of their right to free information over the web.
